Pre-Auth

The ultimate convenient way to secure and control your cards. Simply authorise your card for a pre-set length of time – say 1 hour – then go shopping and use your card. When the 1 hour authorisation elapses your card is automatically fully disabled and secure. You don’t need to do anything. You can choose any length of time from 10 minutes at a servo, to 12 hours – for those all-day shopping sprees!

Alternatively, if you know how much you are going to spend you can add an expenditure limit. Pre-authorise your card for say $1,000 and when you reach the limit it will stop making payments.
